What skills and experience we're looking for

Marsh Hill Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated key stage 2 teacher to join our hard-working, committed and dynamic teaching team, starting 1st September 2026.

Marsh Hill is a popular and friendly two form entry school (420 pupils) in Erdington, Birmingham.

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of good or outstanding teaching
  • Has a strong, knowledgeable and clear understanding of the curriculum
  • Is well organised and determined to make a difference

  • Manages time effectively and meets deadlines
  • Has a high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and development of every pupil
